Oasis Beach Motel, Taupo

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location near the waterfront was beautiful and the pool was simply amazing, the service was lacking, and the rooms could really use some updates. I also felt the price was not justified for the quality we received. Overall, it could be a nice stay if improvements are made.

The resort offers some nice amenities like a heated pool and decent breakfast options, but it's let down by its outdated rooms and deceptive online photos. While I enjoyed the friendly service and the access to the resort's offerings, the noise from the road made sleeping a challenge.
